Creatures of Sonaria Roster

Diet, mobility, and unlock paths for the kaiju you actually spawn, not a 470-row dump.

Creatures Hub

Creatures are the whole game. Creatures of Sonaria has hundreds of playable species, each with a diet, a mobility tag, a weight class, and an unlock path that might be gacha, rotation store, mission, event, Robux, or another player. This hub will not clone the official Fandom species encyclopedia. It will tell you how to read a spawn card so the tier lists and guides make sense. Child pages cover starter creatures and items, plushies, and tokens.

How to read a species

Diet decides whether sniff finds you a meal or a decoration. Carnivore, herbivore, omnivore, photovore, and the rarer photo-carnivore style kits all fail in different biomes. The diet checklist is the pocket version.

Mobility decides which disasters and which players can touch you. Land, flier, glider, aquatic, semi-aquatic, and climber are not cosmetic labels. A glider that dips too close to the ground can lock itself into a land fight. An aquatic that surfaces to “see the event” becomes a floating hitbox.

Tier / size (tiny through huge) is a hint about hitbox and hunger, not a skill grade. Huge looks safe and plays loud. Tiny looks weak and lives if you hide scent.

Abilities (grab, wing shredder, breaths, invis, iron stomach) are why two species with similar health play nothing alike. The PvP list cares about those tools. The beginner list cares whether you can ignore them for a week.

How species enter an account

  • Gacha and rotation store spend Shooms. Farm them with how to get Shooms before you spin a pool you cannot evaluate.
  • Missions and weekly unlocks are how patient players avoid the shop. Read the mission text; some want gacha tokens, not heroics.
  • Events such as Summer Paradise add limited bodies that later become Trade Realm expensive.
  • Trade Realm after ten species. How to trade is the anti-scam page.
  • Nesting lets you play a species you do not own as a baby. How to nest is the social unlock.
  • Codes almost never give a full species. They give paint and tokens. See the codes hub.

What to open next

If you have not adulted anything, starter creatures plus getting started. If you adulted and still feel weak, you are probably in the wrong mobility, not the wrong paint. If you adulted and want neon icons, mutations and plushies. If you adulted and want to delete people, PvP tiers — after how to survive so you know why you lost.

The roster will keep growing. Weekly drops and remodeled kits (Vaumora-style refreshes) change silhouettes without changing the diet rules. Learn the rules once. The next kaiju is just another card.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers players ask after a wipe, a death, or a new event.

How many creatures are in Creatures of Sonaria?

Hundreds; public trackers sit around 470 and climb with weekly drops. Count the diet and mobility, not the exact number.

How do I unlock a specific species?

Shop, gacha, mission, event, nest, or Trade Realm depending on the card. The spawn screen and official wiki list the path; this hub explains the systems.

Does paint change stats?

No. Palettes and materials are cosmetic. Mutations and traits are the icons that can change more than color.
