Creatures of Sonaria How to Complete Creature Missions
Visible sets, secret sets, and the weather tasks that refuse to count if you pick the wrong storm.
Creature Missions are the cheapest way to add a named species to storage without opening a gacha. Each set is a short list of tasks. Finish the last task and the creature is yours. Some sets show every objective on day one. Eight stay blacked out until you complete them. Those secret rows are why people search Vaumora, Shararook, and Aleicuda every week. This page is the roster and the traps. Pair it with getting started if you cannot find the clipboard, and with how to survive if weather is what keeps killing the attempt.
Open the list from the main-menu clipboard (Creatures tab) or from the icon near the minimap while you are already in a realm. You can pin one set to track. Silhouettes at the bottom are secrets: you see the name, not the homework, until the set flips complete.
Visible mission sets
Tasks in a set do not all have to happen on the same slot. Spread them across lives.
| Creature | What the set actually asks |
|---|---|
| Vivoltex | 150 Death Points, recycle 20 species into Tikits, nest six different players, one Semi-Aquatic Gacha spin |
| Apofuex | Two autumns in Swamp, emit Radiation for ten minutes, deal 60 poison, three Toxic Gacha spins |
| Cavengauu | Five adult photovore kills in autumn, swim 10,000 studs in drought, five famines, grow a medium-or-larger photocarnivore to 100 five times |
| Eiroca | Two adult medium-or-larger aquatic kills in Seaweeds Depth, travel 50,000 studs as aquatic, five Aquatic Gacha spins, eat 100 underwater herbivore food |
| Frigiboa | Five winters, swim 10,000 studs in winter, eat 100 rotting player meat with Iron Stomach, live 30 minutes as a tiny |
| Parux | Travel 15,000 studs in Pride Rocks, deal 200 Injury, five adult herbivore night kills, use Ambush 30 times |
| Phyremia | Grow a medium-or-larger glider to 100 three times, recover 50 burn, three volcanic eruptions, glide 25,000 studs |
| Sha’rei | Grow a medium to 100 three times, three autumns, two adult medium-or-larger kills as a small-or-smaller, stay invisible 15 minutes |
| Yenyasha | Three thunderstorms as a non-pure-aquatic, three as an aquatic, travel 15,000 studs as semi-aquatic, hatch five players as a medium-or-larger aquatic |
Frigiboa is the set that looks easy and is not. World meat piles do not rot into the task. You need Iron Stomach and meat that came from a player body. Yenyasha’s “non-aquatic thunderstorm” accepts semi-aquatics, glider semis, and all-terrains. A pure aquatic will sit in the rain for nothing.
Secret mission sets
These stay hidden until they are done. Do not wait for the UI to explain itself.
| Creature | Hidden homework |
|---|---|
| Aleicuda | Dart 50 times as aquatic or semi-aquatic; let bleed finish three Tier 4+ aquatics; attack an aquatic 50 times; five Bleeder Gacha spins |
| Arsonos | Die to a meteor during a volcanic eruption as an adult; die in a lava pool |
| Astrothi | Nest five players as a flier in fall or winter; survive 15 minutes as a Tier 1 tiny flier |
| Militrua | Heal 50 shock; take 10,000 damage on the same creature |
| Shararook | Travel 20,000 studs at night as a land creature; kill five adults during a Blood Moon; survive five nights on the same land slot |
| Vaumora | Survive a thunderstorm for 15 minutes total; survive five Goliath-class tornadoes |
| Venuella | Kill five Tier 4 large fliers; survive three thunderstorms as a non-photovore; nest three Tier 3 medium fliers at age 100 in spring; five Photovore Gacha spins |
| Zethines | Deal 500 bleed; heal 500 bleed |
Vaumora is the remodel people still farm. Regular tornadoes do not count. You need the rare Goliath class, which is why the set feels broken until you learn the disaster names. Arsonos wants you already low before the meteor, because a healthy adult often shrugs the rock. Aleicuda’s bleed kills fail if your bite finishes the target; let the ailment do the last tick.
How to grind without going broke
Gacha tasks are the expensive rows. Five Bleeder or Photovore spins can cost more than buying the species later in Trade Realm. Do those last, after the map tasks are done, and only if you also want the gacha pool. Shooms for spins come from how to get Shooms, not from hoping a code drops a token.
Growth tasks belong in a quiet biome or in Hardcore if you need the 2x age rate for event work such as Logavian. Do not nest on an objective rock. A 100 HP nest from how to nest dies the moment the mission crowd arrives.
Weather tasks want you in a realm when the event is live. Sitting in the main menu does not add thunderstorm minutes. If a season task stalls, change biome: Swamp for Apofuex autumn, Pride Rocks for Parux, Seaweeds Depth for Eiroca.
After the set completes
The species appears in your selectable roster. Secret objectives reveal themselves after the fact, which is useful only as a receipt. Store the new body before you take it into a KoS argument. A free unlock is still a juvenile with a diet. Check the diet checklist and the creatures hub before you assume Vaumora is a finished PvP slot. The Summer Paradise shop is a different mission board; do not mix Pearl event tasks with these evergreen clipboard sets.
If a row never moves, you are on the wrong body, the wrong weather, or the wrong meat. The game is picky. The list above is picky on purpose so you stop repeating a storm that was never Goliath.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers players ask after a wipe, a death, or a new event.
Where is the Creatures of Sonaria mission menu?
Main-menu clipboard on the bottom left, Creatures tab, or the icon near the minimap while you are in a realm. Secret sets sit at the bottom as silhouettes.
Why is my Vaumora tornado task stuck?
Only Goliath-class tornadoes count. Weaker storms waste the session. Stay in the realm during the disaster; the main menu does not tick survival time.
Do I have to finish every task on one creature?
No. Visible sets allow progress across different slots. A few secret tasks, such as Militrua’s 10,000 damage, want the same living creature.
